Smoke
Hi! My name is Smoke.
I am a very affectionate and snuggly boy.
I trill and give head bumps . My giant scratching post is my favorite toy. I also like to chase the red laser light. After all this I take naps in my cat tree or cat bed. If you’re lonely I can snuggle with you too! I think I will thrive best in a home that only has teens and adults. I can get along with other cats, but I love attention from my family members.
Turnip
Turnip is a sweet, sensitive cat who thrives in a calm, quiet home. She is affectionate on her own terms. When she chooses you, she’s incredibly loving and loyal. She would do best with someone who works from home or is retired and can be available when she wants company, but who also respects her independence. She prefers a household with one or two adults. She’s not a fan of chaos or loud environments.
Important Notes:
• When feeling stressed, Turnip may sometimes urinate outside of her litter box.
• The ongoing home construction has been difficult for her and is contributing to her stress.
• We are looking for a calm, low-stress forever home where she can feel safe, relaxed, and happy again as we prepare to welcome a baby.
If you’re a quiet person looking for a calm, gentle companion and can offer a peaceful home, Turnip might be a great match for you.
Ivan & Alloysha
Ivan and Alloysha are 5 year old neutered half Maine Coon brothers. They are the BEST of cats; affectionate, flexible, friendly, and funny. They currently live an idyllic indoor/outdoor life. They love to be outside nights, and then come in to crash like teenagers and sleep all day, hoping for belly rubs and ear scratches. Alloysha (long haired) has a huge sense of humor, and enjoys being around and admired by people. He loves to be brushed, and shows affection by licking your toes. Ivan takes a minute to warm up to strangers, but he's the actual lap-sitter. He loves to be brushed, and can use the help. He is the talkative one, and will be sure to remind you when it's dinner time. Alloysha and Ivan eat a prescription diet; two years of prescription food offered with each cat. Otherwise, they are very healthy, very adaptable, and used to being with different people. While brothers, they are not bonded, so could to two homes. .
Lana
Lana is an 11 year old spayed female. She is an affectionate cat, absolutely preferring humans and lap time to being around other cats. She would be best in a quiet, single cat home. She’s had regular vet visits, vaccinations, and has no health issues. She spends a lot of time in the catio, which could be rehomed (free) with her if the adopting pet parent wants it.
Caramel Mocha
Caramel Mocha is one of the cuddliest cats! She LOVES attention and is super super sweet. She loves all people—adults and kids. She is a super tiny (~6#) cat that the vet estimates is around 2 yrs old (based on her teeth). She has seen our dogs and doesn't hiss or growl, so dogs or other pets should be ok.
Caramel Mocha is FeLV+. She would likely get along with other FeLV+ cats in her new home!
Hera & Atticus
Atticus is a big boy, very relaxed, loves cuddles and is super sweet. You could pick him up and carry him around all day and he'd be as happy as can be. Hera is a little more standoffish, once she warms up to someone she will be rubbing against legs all day long but is not a big fan of being picked up or held often, but will happily come up and lay next to you. With them being 4 they are still just as playful as they are cuddly. They'd do great in a home where it's just them and a human family who has time to give them loving. They are pretty independent so they don't need someone home all day, as long as they get cuddles when their people get home from work.
Artemis
Artemis is a 4 year old domestic short hair with a loving personality. If she isn’t busy sleeping, she’s in search for her cuddle buddy! She is the most affectionate cat I’ve ever met. She loves giving kisses and being snuggled right up to you. She adores people regardless of age or sex. She is a special needs cat with anxiety and asthma, so a home that is ideal for her is someone who can keep with medication every night with her dinner.
She would be a best fit for an elderly couple or people who don’t have multiple animals. She must be an indoor cat.
